#997 Word 2007 XML export

Hi,

I am trying to export my database using the "Word 2007 XML" format.

I am getting problems with the special BibTeX/LaTeX characters, as they are not being translated into their XML equivalents.

See for example characters in the author's names at the entries "IFAC08_COSTA", "Tran_E_05_COSTA", etc. at the attached database (ChapterI.bib)

The special BibTeX/LaTeX characters at the resulting XML are the same, without no change, so the file is not easy readable in Word.

Provided a fix on patch #3469401. It fixes exporting special characters to MS Word XML format
