#937 Error in translating author field to MS Office

BIBTEX author = {L. de Haan} translates into author field "Haan}, L. {de"
BIBTEX author = {Laurens {de Haan} and Ana Ferreira} translates into author field "Haan}, Laurens {de; Ferreira, Ana" instead of "de Haan, Laurens; Ferreira, Ana"
BIBTEX author = {Teunissen, P. J. G.}, translates into author field "G., P. J."
