#1299 Missing a medline entry that exists

I am running jabref 11.3.b3. Occasionally jabref cannot find a medline entry that exists. Usually I use the author search. In the following entry I tried various combinations of the authors together with year and it did not work. Please can you explain to me what went wrong?

Wnt1-cre-mediated conditional loss of Dicer results in malformation of the midbrain and cerebellum and failure of neural crest and dopaminergic differentiation in mice.

I found the entry looking for the journal and picking the year. With the PMID i could retrieve the paper into jabref.
