#1280 Usability: Options in view menu do not communicate state

Several menu items in the "view" menu do not communicate the current state but use generic "on/off" descriptions, such as:
"Hide/show toolbar" or
"Toggle Entry Preview"
I would consider it much better to have something like "show toolbar" with a checkbox next to it, so when browsing through the menu I can immediately see what is currently enabled and what is not.
The same issue exists for "increase table font size" and "decrease table font size" as well => the current state (here: font size) is not communicated, therefore when experiment with different sizes it's hard to judge if you returned to the original state or not because you don't know which state it was.
Hence, having some additional text like (current: 100%) or (current: 12pt) would help. If you find it too much overload in the menu, I would opt for putting it in the status bar, e.g.: "Font size increased to 14pt (default: 12pt)"
