#1149 Missing icon for "Open folder"

Between the icon "Send selection to..." and the icon "Open the file", there is a space for "Open folder", but there is no icon for it...

By the way, the "Open the file" icon is a bit disturbing because it looks like a "Print" icon.

I guess there is no icon set for the "Open folder" action - the look and feel we use will align the text regardless of whether all actions have icons.

Good point about the "Open file" icon - we should probably replace it...

Closed as the button has been removed in the IconBar for the next release 3.0.

(The "Open File" icon will get a more intuitive look, too)
