I'm trying to connect to my Active Directory to use it as the ldap backend. I use the same settings that work in my generic ldap browser, but get the error message:
Unable to bind: jabook.datasource.DataSourceException: LDAPException: Unable to connect to server 192.168.0.149:398(91) Connect Error java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Try changing the port number to 389.
