Continuing work on j68k

Hello there,
Sorry it's taken me so long to get going on this project. Just been very busy at work and school (graduating w/Master's Degree in Computer Science this summer+PhD in 2 years hopefully).

N-e ways, I've done a total rehaul of the basic structure of the project. J68k will now use ant as it's build tool, and I've begun reworking the base classes. This new version will be faster, more reliable, and the code will make much more sense. I'm also going to add the entire 68000 ISA instead of a dumbed down version as before.

Work continues!
