Continuing work on j68k

Hello there,
Sorry it's taken me so long to get going on this project. Just been very busy at work and school (graduating w/Master's Degree in Computer Science this summer+PhD in 2 years hopefully).

N-e ways, I've done a total rehaul of the basic structure of the project. J68k will now use ant as it's build tool, and I've begun reworking the base classes. This new version will be faster, more reliable, and the code will make much more sense. I'm also going to add the entire 68000 ISA instead of a dumbed down version as before.... read more

J68k--will now be open source!

Hello everyone,
This has been one of my pet projects for a while now (about 2 years) and I haven't been working on it as diligently as I would have liked. I made a very very incomplete beta version of this project for a senior project while at SC (it is in the releases/old directory of the project), but I would like to really have this project take off now--mainly because I would like this to be the basis for a whole slew of new age emulators that are not just bound by single hosts--these emulators will be able to communicate cross platform, cross host, and add the ability for old school video gamers to bring back some of the classics.... read more
