Layering of Elements

    I am having an issue where, normally elements are "layered" in the order they show up in the configuration DF file. So if you define A , B, C elements C would be on top followed by B followed by A so you can make various "widgets" based on this layering scheme.

    However, as you can se in this example I have "Ball_Sky_PitchUp" before "Ball_Ground" yet the ground layer is being drawn ontop of my "Ball Pitch Up" layer...

    Am I missing something?

    In ARINC 661, by convention, the last widget in a hierarchy is always drawn on top of the others. So in your example, Ground should be on Top, then Sky_pitchup, then Sky at the back.
    The standard says: "Widgets are drawn in the order they are defined in the UA DF, so that the last defined is drawn on top of the others. Note that if container C1 is defined before container C2, then all widgets included in C2 will be drawn on top of all widgets defined in C1."
