#6 Filter by Description

a guy from Ecuador, Juan Carlos, suggest me that it'll
be a really good idea to add the possibility to filter
the registers by the description.

I mean, you want to see al the expenses you made in
your car:
- You filter by Car
- At Expense's List only appear Car expenses :)
