Because this was a fork based on code greenHouse Gas and Electric has been using in-house for quite some time, the amount of testing before now has been fairly extensive.
Based on that, we'll be exiting the "beta" test process fairly soon. Once that's been handled, a new JAR with the "net.wimpi" packaging will be released for anyone who wishes to migrate their product, but isn't able to refactor their code to support the new classes just yet.

TCPSlaveTest has been updated to support a pair of files and tested against ReadRecordTest and WriteRecordTest. The bug fixes from those two tests have been checked in.

I'd love to get away from RXTX, but until there is a readily available alternative on as many platforms as support RXTX, I'm sort of stuck.
