ur problem same is as that of mine..

mine is bit worse that its a system problem..

in ur case what u can do is install microsoft proxy client..

that might help..

otherwise u have to checkin and checkout thru the system which is not =
behind firewalls..

  Connect Using a proxy server : checked=20
  Host name or IP of the proxy : gatekeeper.idc.oracle.com=20
  port number of the Proxy : 80=20
