#2 Sound System

It would be nice if J2DA support an abstraction of sound
aswell as graphics (and potentially input). This could be
implemented in:

a) Java Sound
b) JOAL

We'd probably want to keep this pretty primitive in that
3D sound isn't that useful to a 2D programmer. Best just
to support

a) Play Midi
b) Play Wav
c) Play MP3?
d) Play <insert format here>
