#2 Support for merging of partial classes

Methods that can not be translated automatically can currently be excluded from the automatic translation and
implemented by hand using partial classes.

This spreads the code for one class across at least two files which makes the code harder to read and understand for humans.

An optional post-processing step that merges partial classes into one non partial class (one file) would overcome this issue.
