#18 Provide untranslateable Java as C# comments

There are some Java constructs that may be impossible or excessively difficult to translate.
An example may be static methods defined on Java enums.
In such cases it would be very helpful to have the source Java code transferred into the C#
target module as comments. This would greatly assist manual conversion.
