You can get it here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/blackbeltpriv/ If you just want WASTE on its own, then check out: https://sourceforge.net/projects/swarmdarknet/ The source code is shipped with BlackBelt Privacy. If any of it sucks, let us know. We've only got this far mostly due to suggestions and sometimes complaints :-)
