#148 Stalls in TW 3.12

Alright, here is what I was able to find out.

All the scripts I tested seemed to stall just after TW
requests user input at ports. Though not every time, I
can't find a real pattern to it, but if won't happen for 5-
10 scripted port steal/trades after J-Twat is loaded, and
the longer J-Twat runs the more likely it is to stall.
Hitting the enter key will resume the script 90% of the
time, where it left off. I banged a stock game for testing
with no alien traders/ferrengi, and no gold aliens, also
with interactive sub-prompts off.

Here are a couple of examples, I have noted in brackets
where J-Twat stalls.
