New and changed features in JTrac 2.3.2

You can download this version in the Files section. It comes complete with a Jetty server to get it up and running quickly on port 8888. You can use the war file (located in the webapps directory of the download) in a servlet container of your choice (like Tomcat). There's also a version for those who use the older 1.x version of the HSQLDB database (the regular jTrac release uses HSQLDB 2.x).
