#30 Error character encoding es_MX

I just installed the new version on a Ubuntu server and also locally on my Windows, but in both cases the ex_MX language of Mexico shows all the "ñ" and accents as rare characters. According to the manual, just change the language, how can I solve this?

Thanks for reporting this. The ES and ES_MX translation files were corrupt. You can find fixed versions at https://sourceforge.net/p/j-trac/code/HEAD/tree/trunk/jtrac/src/main/resources/.
