#14 FileNotFoundException error when performing search

My JTRAC instance has started to give the following error when I try to search for any string value using the search screen "Text search" text box option:
"Could not get Lucene searcher; nested exception is java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\jtrac-2.0\jtrac\data\indexes\_1ju.fnm "

Looking on the server there is no file D:\jtrac-2.0\jtrac\data\indexes\_1ju.fnm. There are others in the folder but start with "_4".

I don't think that anything has been deleted from that folder.

Other searches using other fields like status work fine.
