We have got to PC's. one instsalled with XP sP2 and the othe rwith XP SP3. Both have got the same Jtrac and Java installed on it. The PC with XP2 works but not the one with XP3. The DOS is different between them when start is run. Any ideas where how i can fix this problem. We are moving from SP2 to SP3 and the Jtrac program has helped alot

there must be a simple explanation. are you sure Java is installed ? is it in PATH ? is it the right version ( > 1.5 ) ? is it the Sun JRE ?
