Patch to create/update users in LDAP
Need to add additional LDAP properties in jtrac.properties:
>> ldap.superUserDN=cn=admin,dc=my,dc=domain,dc=com
>> ldap.superUserPassword=secret

Tested ONLY against OpenLDAP!!! Need to check on AD!

Ability to lock/delete user still need to be discussed.
Works fine with both JTrac and SVN use the same LDAP
