#162 iOS4 and/or Andriod App developments?

Hi, We're using JTrac for our Service operation, and as more and more field techs are equipped with iOS and Andriod PDA's, it would be very handy for us to have JTrack as an App put on these PDA's. This will lower the threshhold for the techs to upload new issues and include files (video's/pictures) easily, which will increase the visibility of issues and decrease the turn around time of issues.
Currently techs can only use JTrac through laptops, which is time consuming to start up and use in the field. A PDA App would greatly help us in this.
