A check box in Configuration Settings to enable or disable all mail functionality in Jtrac. This would make the "send email notifications" check box disappear and the "Notify By Email" field disappear. This will allow my intranet web users to submit tickets themselves but not send mail.
Unchecking the box will disable Mail after jtrac restart and checking will re-enable Mail after jtrac restart.
