#121 Manage users in Groups

Have 30+ users and growing. Adding users to spaces is becoming tiresome. Suggest that users could be added to groups (eg MGMT, DEV, TEST) and that groups (as well as individuals) could be assigned to spaces. Groups could consist of users and groups (eg ALL_USERS = MGMT + DEV + TEST + USER_1 + USER_7).
