#1 Email integration

It would be good to have an option to be able to reply
to an email (sent by the JTrac System) - which will
update the history of an item.

In the previous versions of jtrac, the email would
contain a link, on clicking which, the user would be
logged into jtrac. The request asked is merely a
logical extension to this feature. Hope it can come out
in the final release this time. Cheers!!!
