I've just started using JTrac for tracking tasks and development of my Neverwinter Nights 2 persistent world. While there is still room for improvement, it's already proving itself to be a powerful tool in terms of features and capabilities. Its flexibility in adding custom fields and defining process flow has allowed me to focus on simply using the tool as I need to use it.
This is a marked contrast from other issue tracking software I've tried, where I was consistently trying to find ways to work around its lack of customizability.
Congratulations on a job well done -- I look forward to seeing the future updates outlined in the roadmap!
