When a ticket is raised, timestamp is not being insert, its default to 00:00:00.

This is for Date Field Type
It's a date field, not a time field, so this makes sense. It should not even display the time, though.
The "Time Stamp" field reflects when the ticket was created.
Is it possible not to disable the time for date field? Kindly ignore the above message .
