TimeTracker is a Java-based time tracking tool designed specifically
to meet the needs of contract software developers. TimeTracker will
evolve to include an instant messenger to connect workers and clients.

Because in it's current form TimeTracker is a usuable stand-alone application,
I felt it worthwhile to release it, and in doing so, invite comments and
