Is there a timeout value that could force jspider to hang up on one particular job?

Here is where the scan gets stuck at:
      [Plugin] Job monitor: 64% (10527/16312)  [S:16% (1155/6924) | T:99% (9372/9388)] [blocked:49] [assigned:8]
      [Plugin] Job monitor: 64% (10527/16312)  [S:16% (1155/6924) | T:99% (9372/9388)] [blocked:49] [assigned:8]
      [Plugin] ThreadPool Spiders occupation:100% [idle: 0%, blocked: 0%, busy: 100%], size: 5
      [Plugin] ThreadPool Thinkers occupation:100% [idle: 0%, blocked: 0%, busy: 100%], size: 1
      [Plugin] ThreadPool Thinkers occupation:100% [idle: 0%, blocked: 0%, busy: 100%], size: 1
      [Plugin] ThreadPool Spiders occupation:100% [idle: 0%, blocked: 0%, busy: 100%], size: 5

The log4j.out file is displaying this at the end:
16:24:29,295 ERROR [SpiderHttpURLTask] PANIC! event is null!

about 6 times with a URL following. The urls are valid though.

Any idea what all this means? How to fix?
