is there a way to execute a method from a DCOM-Server over Network with J-Interop, without administration-rights on this Server, or will this be required us to be native?

Yes this is possible but you will have to use a user who has enough rights\permissions to execute DCOM requests (check DCOMCnfg -> Security tab).
