We have noticed that uploading files using SftpConnection causes an extra character to be appended to the uploaded file, which is causing us some difficulties. The appended character is 0xff.
To reproduce, upload a text file using SftpConnection to a Linux based server. Once the file is uploaded, examine the file on the server using vi. You should see a small-y-dierisis at the end of the file, which is typically the text
representation in a lot of editors for CHR(255)/(0xFF hex).
Any help would be appreciated. I'm happy to patch the code myself, but I could use some help determining where to start.
