#1 Multiple LogBookRecord detail windows can be displayed

Bug:
When adding a record to the logbook - (by the toolbar add button, or the edit/add rec menu item -- one can create many instances of the logbook record detail window by clicking the relative option multiple times.

To Fix:
Edit the logbook record detail window, add/edit a listener so that when focus is brought into it - that the main background window (FrontEndGui) - will be disabled - and the user will be forced to select something in the detail window. Once they've selected something - recactivate the main background window so that it can be usable again.
