#2 Merge module usage may be wrong

The installation includes merge module files through
cabinets. At one point I was queried for a file for
the comdlg32.msm merge module (comdlg32.ocx). Windows
Installer was not happy until I extracted the file
from the CAB and placed it in the requested position,
as specified by the rows added to the Directory table
for the comdlg32.msm merge module.
