#19 Keys in the directory table may clash

When generating components, directory table entries
may be created where the key of the row is similar to
a standard directory property. This is similar to how
component/feature names may clash with existing
components and features. The fix should be to append
a unique suffix to the directory name, as is done for
files, "_dN". This will prevent any clashes with
standard properties and also guarantee that multiple
separate subdirectories with the same name (foo\x and
bar\x) don't clash in the table.
