#7 Summary field too long

The "summary" field for organization is too long. The problem shows up when "Form O" is created. The latest dev version has fixed the layout problem in the PDF by trimming the field and adding dots (...) in the end. However, there is no current limit in the IXS application itself, and users might not be aware, when editing the field, that their description is too long for the PDF.

Possible solutions:
- Display warning if >x chars
- Enforce limit of x chars
