Fixed constant- and lvalue-wrapping C++ interface, added FreeBSD support,
implemented JavaScript String.split and String.join, fixed various
JS bugs.

This release adds gcc3 compliance, javascript classes as well as many (MANY!) bugfixes.

This release contains a revamped JavaScript interpreter that now supports constants as well as true lexical scoping, a new ring_queue container, gettext-internationalized strings and polymorphism in the garbage collector. ixlib now has doxygen-generated documentation.
ATTENTION: This release breaks compatibility with the old JavaScript interface.
