Testing Tarball

Alright, so the first tarball will be going up shortly, so far, it contains very little new, just changed a class to static and has the first test (a compound tag write test). No binary version has been made yet, but a source code snapshot will be going up as this tarball. It's name will simply be sn7w6m14y01.tar.gzip.
