#1 dialling non-geographic numbers

iwar treats numbers internally as longs this causes two
problems:

firstly it strips the leading zero from all the
numbers. (you can put this back on with the "-e" switch)

If you try and dial an 0845 number (like for an UK ISP)
then actually iwar will dial a completely different number.
