#2 Patch so works with kernel 2.5.73

I've updated the 2.5.x patch to the latest kernel.

This file is the patch to add ivtv to the 2.5.x kernel build tree.
Just use make menuconfig to add ivtv as a module, and compile
normally.

This file contains the differences between the 2.4.x driver here
on sourceforge and the 2.5.73 version. Most changes are quite
small, and are to do with changes in the i2c and modules
interfaces.
