#16 Unable to change channel with tuner=47

I have a fairly recent PVR-350. It gets autodetected as
tuner type 47.

I set options tuner type=47 in modules.conf and reload
the system. In /var/log/messages I see the "tuner not
set" messages (there is another bug filed on that).
More importantly I am unable to change channel. It gets
stuck wherever myth was last time while watching tv.

If I set tuner type = 44 then I am able to change
channels correctly and can see output on tv. However I
see background noise with tuner 44. With tuner 47 my
picture quality is almost as good as the original signal.
