Hello.  Parts of ivtools fail to build with gcc 4.0.

There is a patch for version 1.1.3 at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=3D314666

Apparently at least some of the modifications in there apply for 1.2.2
too. I haven't yet gone through 1.2.2 myself, but you might want to
look at the patch anyway.
