#3 Not start

Hello!

I am very interest of using IVI.
But after installation, IVI had not start (no window on
the screen) and PC had
need hardware reset.
IVI had auto installed on WinXP and environment
variable had set. IVI version:"
ivi-0.4-pre-20031121-setup.exe"

How can I start IVI?
