Ivf++ 0.8.0 Finally release

This is a major release of the Ivf++ library. Some highlights: Smartpointers, OpenGL state management using C++ singletons, initial support for vertex arrays and TGA and BMP image loading thanks to John Aspras. Please read the README and INSTALL files before building it.
