Ivf++0.6.4 Released

The library now features

• The library now uses prefixed includes. (Sorry...)
• Library can now be built as DLL:s under Windows.
• Initial support for manipulators, see fltk1 example.
• Initial scene-graph culling.
• Support for using the library with the Microsoft MFC library
• Test drive of Ivf++ autoconf/automake system.
• Documentation will be released separately.
