#4 IvfPolyReader limited

The poly file reader can't handle poly files in binary
format. Nor can it candle poly files in ascii format that
have additional parameters for each face i.e. colour. It
expects to only read indices.

I have not been able to focus on the file readers currently.
The file library is on my list to update.
