[ivc-users] CIShell Preview Release!

A preview version of CIShell has been released! This is a preview release
and is only intended for algorithm developers to start working on
integrating algorithms. A full release is planned for the beginning of
October 2006 with a brand new GUI, sample algorithms, greater robustness,
and more!

Also everyone on the ivc mailing lists, please join the cishell mailing
lists if you are still interested in ivc development.
