[ivc-users] Pathfinder network scaling with InfoVis

Dear all,

I am currently using InfoVis in order to generate pathfinder-scaled networks. I load in a Pajek file, convert it to a matrix, then pathfinder-analyze it, and finally convert the resulting matrix back to a JUNG Graph representation.

However, when I apply a layout algorithm to the resulting graph, what I see is the graph I started from, i.e. the pathfinder algorithm does not seem to be correctly applied (I am using (N-1, 10000) as (q, r) parameters). I have the same problem with InfoVis releases 1.0.3 and 1.0.4.

I am quite new to InfoVis, is there anything wrong in what I am doing?
