The network analysis toolkit is now on the IVC Update Site.

Please goto http://sourceforge.net/projects/ivc to download ivc and then go
into Help->Update to get the network analysis toolkit plugin.

One warning, the NAT is no longer supported. We have put it back on there
for the sake of those who still need its functionality.
