I want to compute diameter of the network, clustering coefficients, and
scale free exponent, etc.  I found you have a network analysis toolkit
available from your website: http://iv.slis.indiana.edu/sw/natoolkit.html.
Is it available for download? 

 

P.S. I downloaded the ivc software and did not find it.
